We ended up leaving early because we could not sleep due to the people next door. The room was not nearly as clean as it could have been either and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

I stayed at this property for 1 night while passing through to escape the hurricane in Florida. In the middle of the night, my dog needed to use the bathroom so I grabbed my key card and took him out. When I got back to my room my key would not work. I didn’t have my cell phone on me so thankfully after several attempts at ringing the doorbell at the office someone came to the window which I assume was the owner. After providing me with another key card that did not work she accused me of making noise at 2 am and wanted to know what I was even doing out of my room at this time. It was already a stressful experience thinking how I was locked out of my room in the middle of the night and about 50 degree weather not knowing if I would be able to get back in before morning. There was never an apology for the inconvenience, only made me to feel as if I did something wrong in the situation.

The hotel office has no one in it. There is a sign that’s constantly up that says will return in 20-30 minutes. You only get someone if you ring the doorbell. It’s a 50 charge for a dog which comes with a lecture about how dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed and then you are asked if you have a bed for the dog. There is a sign that says you will be charged for stains. Is this really a hotel or a halfway house?

The room itself was very clean, looked brand new! We had some towels, etc. It was hard to find someone when we needed towels, Kleenex, etc. Hard to find anyone in office in morning. Gal in office was nice enough, just language issues makes difficult to understand. Other than that, it was fine, lower cost than most & close to anything you need!

The place was updated and clean. Close to downtown and not far from shopping. Daily changing of towels. I would of liked either heavier bath towels or an extra set. As we only had 2 people in our room and we only got 2 of everything. Would maybe like if benches or there could be seating outside so you could sit outside and enjoy the scenery etc.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was for the cost. Nice brand new very large TV, shower and tub felt brand new, and lets face it, besides the bed, the bathroom is the other critical piece of what makes a good hotel room. I actually really enjoyed my stay here and the price was beyond reasonable.
