A luxury 2-room apartment with its own entrance, beautifully situated on the river la Sioule. In addition to sunbathing on our islands, you can fish, canoe, swim nearby, make trips by car, motorcycle, bicycle or on horseback / on foot ... plenty to do!

Layout of the cottage: Private entrance via the communal terrace; 1 bedroom with extra long bed (2.20x1.60), living room with double sofa bed (2.05 x 1.40), kitchenette with all the comforts to make your meals and bathroom with sink and shower with LED lighting for ultimate relaxation ; separate toilet.

Guests can enjoy their stay in peace here. Privacy is guaranteed here.
We also have plenty of recommendations for a nice day trip, because there is plenty to see and experience in this beautiful area, swimming in the river is a pleasure, please inquire in advance if this is possible, it may be that the river is sometimes higher then state differently and then we strongly advise against swimming.
The location on the river la Sioule makes the area unique and extremely suitable for fishermen, rowers, cyclists, etc. There is also a natural Hot Spring (35 *) and the Thermes Châteauneuf-les-Bains nearby. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area.
As an extra (paid) service we offer to pick you up and bring you to and from the airport Clermont-Ferrand (1 x v. V. Costs € 35.00)
We also have a number of bicycles for free for a ride in the area.

Most important rule: keep our new septic tank healthy, so: do not flush wet toilet wipes, tampons, sanitary towels, condoms etc. through the toilet! Thanks!
It is also great for children, but we live on a river: parents must guide their children, especially if they cannot swim !!

We assume that our guests respect each other's privacy.
There is a NO SMOKING zone in the entire house and on the communal terrace.
Pets are not allowed.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit netten Gastgebern
Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet: Es gab eine Induktionskochplatte (zusätzlich zu einem Backofen), ein Bett, bei dem Kopf- und Fußteil elektrisch verstellbar waren und - nicht zu vergessen - eine gut funktionierende Dusche, die man in allen Farben beleuchten konnte! Zum Laden einen e-Autos wurde eine 220 V-Steckdose bereit gestellt. Es war sehr ruhig nachts und abends konnte man gemütlich auf der Terrasse oder direkt am Fluss sitzen und den Fluss und die Natur genießen. Jos und Bob sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machten!

Très bon séjour en bord de Sioule
Appartement bien agencé, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne semaine de vacances au calme et au vert. Le jardin est vraiment super pour se relaxer et faire un petit plongeon dans la rivière ! Hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques.

Séjour exeptionnel au Moulin au du Sioule
Calme, propreté, nature, gentillesse, partage furent les maîtres mots de notre séjour au Moulin de Fayolle. Le logement est très bien équipé, il est coquet confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Il est aussi possible de partager le dîner cuisiné sur par Bob & Jos pour un tarif plus que correct. En accédant au magnifique jardin arboré qui borde la Sioule, il est possible de pratiquer de nombreuses activités : sieste, pêche, canoë, ping-pong, baignade ... et bientôt pétanque.

Kleinschalig, modern, netjes en gastvrij.
Het appartement had alles wat je nodig had. Een zeer compleet ingericht appartement met voldoende ruimte voor twee personen en een luxe badkamer. Wij werden door Bob en Jos hartelijk ontvangen. Ze stonden al voor de deur toen we aan kwamen. Een persoonlijke benadering en Jos wou alles voor je doen. Zelfs een klein wasjes draaien voor ons kleine van zes maanden deed ze in een handomdraai. Vuurtje stoken en even een rondje in de kayak mocht en dat hebben we ook zeker gedaan. Dit plekje aan de Sioule is een echte aanrader. Een pareltje in Auvergne! Van ons een dikke tien! Bedankt Bob en Jos.
