Don't expect a Marriot or Hilton for the price. But the service was much better than expected, actually that was the highlight. Breakfast was ok, but could've been a touch better. It did have all basic items a regular chain like Best Western would have. The property was recently renovated, plus they do room upkeep daily. And they also hire a lot of indigenous people, that's a plus. Considering how remote the property is located in, I feel it's a good find. It was also pleasantly nice to have a conversation with the owner. Would stay again if in the area.

We had a Family suite and it was perfect for what we needed our stay was great, Just that there are not many hotel options in this town so do not compare it to hotel chain. But our experience was good. Our only complain was that Breakfast ended earlier than advertised so we had to make other arrangements. If your looking for a place to get a good nights sleep it was perfect for that.

I liked the cleanliness and overall modern design of the room to make it easier to clean. I liked the indirect lighting of the led mirror paired with the nature scapes and music on the tv. It made for a relaxing atmosphere. We did not like the people that loudly showed up at 2am but that's not something that Bears Ears Inn had any control over.

Although this property does look a little rundown, the staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were in excellent condition, clean and updated. Great water pressure in the shower. Good complimentary breakfast too. A very nice stay

Very clean and modernized rooms. It was like staying at any mid level chain hotel. Friendly staff. Only downside was crummy selection of restaurants in the town, but that's no fault of the hotel. I'd stay here again. A recommendation I would make to the hotel is to redo their parking lot. Property is far better than what you would perceive by looking at the ancient parking lot.

Renovated older outside entry motel. Clean with nice beds. Our room was in a room at rear and faced a weedy vacant lot. Had to drive to the breakfast room and office. Not many choices for dining. We would stay here again.
