Within the estate you'll find an abundance of scenic walks and the invigorating Cateran Trail – part of which passes through the estate – is ideal for really testing out your walking boots. There's salmon fishing on the River Shee and a private lochan ideal for paddle boarding and fishing for trout. Getting out and about you'll find the famous town of Braemar, home of the ‘Braemar Gathering' (reputedly the best Highland Games in the world) only a 30 minute drive away. There's fabulous tourist towns, restaurants, cafes and shops all within driving distance.
