Wonderful stay with old friends. Room was comfortable, cozy, clean, and the perfect size for a baby in one room and a lazy dog in the other. Easy to check in and out, lovely owners, pool was the perfect way to beat the summer heat. Thank you so much for a great stay!

The inn is located within a short walk to Blacksburg and Virginia Tech campus, very clean, spacious kitchen and bedrooms, very comfortable beds, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a bike trail nearby. The backyard is a beautiful deck with a clean, comfortable pool and plenty of deck seating for a large group shaded by a beautiful Magnolia and Oak. Family friendly and peaceful.

I wouldn't stay again.
This guest house is essentially for people visiting students at Virginia Tech. Good Points: Good Comms, clean, spacious room and good shared kitchen. Bad Points: My room wouldn't lock from the inside (it only locks if you pull it hard from the outside). This would be so dangerous for a solo female..... As a solo male, I just jammed the chair under the door handle. But it's not good! The room is big, but nowhere to sit and no table.
