The staff on reception and in the restaurant were very accomodating, pleasant and were excellent, we only had bed and breakfast but on the morning we left that breakfast was not warm. Our accomodation was spotless and couldn’t be faulted. The main down side of our stay was the parking situation, my husband has a mobility disability, there was no disability parking, indeed the marked parking bays were so narrow that I found great difficulty parking at all . This is a comfortable hotel with an excellent staff team.

The sea front hotel has a rather unremarkable facade but inside is very ornate and elegant. I arrived a few hours ahead of check in time and though I was allowed to park my car there early I was surprised to learn there is a daily charge for doing so,(Hotels.com website just mentions that parking is available). Check in was a bit slow, reception had three people behind the counter and only one was dealing with anyone who paid a visit. Indeed there was not much of a welcoming atmosphere there. My room was very tastefully decorated and I had a view of the sea. Nice bathroom but the wash basin was very small and it was difficult to fill the kettle from it. The hotel is in a good location and very reasonably priced.

We stayed here as a family for a night in November , the weather was awful and it was freezing cold however the hotel was great :-) The staff are friendly , the accommodation was very clean and welcoming and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about staying in Blackpool

Don’t think the staff are efficient as usually are Not very helpful on the admin side charged me to mutch for my stay there 286 pounds over the odds had to query it got it back now waiting for 50 pounds promised Friday I anded keys back now Wednesday and still not got it plus I nearly missed my train through not booking my taxi when asked so not happy at all won’t be going again

Our room was awful, very old fashion, bed was hard and lumpy, floor very uneven, curtains didn't fit properly, was very noisy where we were because of entertainment and people outside of our window could be heard constantly, the rooms not like advertised, we should of complained but I wouldn't let my husband complain at time, as didn't want any hassle, but we paid good money and we did shop around and based it on the pictures on the website.
