Spacious modern space is a home away from home for you and your family, friends, and fury friends! Everything you need to have for a comfortable stay is right here. When you arrive, you will have a code to get through the front door. The whole home is ready for your stay! This two-level house (laundry room is the only things downstairs) has four bedrooms, a living room (with a sleeper sofa), a washer and dryer, a bathroom, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, along with a one two garage and a fenced in back yard area for your fury friends. The backyard can be accessed through the backdoor or from the garage.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Nice seating area with tables and chairs, a charcoal grill that gives off a richer, smokier taste of your favorite food, and enjoy the beautiful evening weather..
INDOOR LIVING: Fast Wi-Fi, the living room is a great space to hang out with a couch, nice armchair along with a large TV that has all the smart TV capabilities. Tons of natural light to soak up the sun. Kitchen table that sits right off of the kitchen with enough seating for a full 10 guests.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless-steel appliances, cups, bowls, plates, mugs, and silverware are all provided as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We also have large mixing bowls, measuring cups, and other essentials. Coffee machine and dishwasher.
GENERAL: All of our sheets are premium, crisp 100% cotton, bath towels are thick, soft, and luxurious. Complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, air conditioning and heating.
PARKING: The driveway is large enough for a couple of vehicles and you will have access to the two car garage to store your vehicle in! A large pad along street allows for even more off street parking.
Above all else, our team here at J&J Hospitality care very deeply about keeping a clean home so our guests can feel at ease staying here. In between every guest we mop all floors, vacuum all carpets, scrub all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, replace the shower liner, wash all bedding (including quilts/shams), bleach all sheets and towels, and make sure everything is back in it's place before our new guests arrive.
Cancellation policy:
We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before your check-in date. If you cancel, we will charge a 20% processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).
Other things to note
- For dogs: We don't allow puppies (less than 1 year old), German shepherds, or huskies.
- We do not allow cats.
- If bringing a pet, pet fee of $75 is required. Please message us to let us know so that we can send a request for the payment or you can pay through the listing platform.
Reminder: Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours 8am-5pm.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All guests are REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.
Additional rules
1. If issues arise during your stay, you'll have to communicate promptly with us. Good communication between us (the host) and the guest is important for successful stays. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we are reaching out to resolve an issue.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors and other tenants in the building.
5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $250.
6 If bringing a pet:

6.3 DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH
6.4 Please clean up after your dog (pick up your dog's poop)

7. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.
8. For noise complaints:
8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
9. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes and please put them on drying rack before leaving.
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, pet hair on furniture/beds ). All damages will also be charged to guest.
* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $100.
* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
