The Space:
The interior has been finished to a high standard featuring comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of space for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of Blackburn. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, large sofa and a smart TV. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable beds with crisp hotel linen. There is wifi available throughout the property. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Free on site parking is also available.

Situated just outside of central Blackburn, the town and its attractions are within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the apartment. There is a large Tesco supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment. Blackburn Station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes or a 5 minute taxi ride. Ewood Park football stadium is just a 10 minute drive away.

Getting Around:
Being just a short distance from central Blackburn, most of the town is easily accessed on foot. There are a number of busses servicing the nearby main road, and Blackburn train station is just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride away.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay, just bare in mind it is kitted for 4 people.

The apartment was not on Google map, so it's near impossible to find it without the property manager guiding us there. The apartment block is located in an industrial area close to the motorway, so you can hear traffic in the apartment. There were rubbish outside the building, and it looked like there were no rubbish collection for a few weeks. The surrounding area was also not well-maintained; overgrown grasses, broken mailboxes etc. This was apparently due to the apartment veing sold. The beds in the apartment were not comfortable and some of the windows could not shut. The kitchen sink drain can do with some deep cleaning as there were disgusting gunks building up. The apartment was relatively dusty and areas under the sofa was not hovered.
