Enjoy the privacy of these cottages, tucked behind Lake Tomahawk. Each home has a hot tub, a fooseball table, arcade game and firepits! You are a short drive from Downtown Asheville, Biltmore, and even closer to the charm that downtown Black Mountain has to offer. Spend the day hiking, zip lining, mountain biking, wine testing, or exploring art museums. The variety is endless in the mountains of North Carolina.

-Grills onsite. It's best to bring your own charcoal.

Good for a large group + OK properties
We rented both homes for a group of 18 and they were convenient for a large group and was fun we could be together but I'd say they were only"ok for the prices we paid." Keep your expectations in line ... they definitely need work. The houses need touch up paint, furniture is dirty, the houses are cheaply made, beds are creaky, bedding is average. Note to bring your own toilet paper (odd). However, the communication with our host was great - she was attentive to helping us get more pillows + towels (there were initially not enough for the # of people it says it sleeps ... but should be for future use now). Hot tub was nice. Fire pit "benches" were so odd. No yard really. Driveway was big for cars + tossing bags. Kitchen is big.

Nice but
The properties were nice soaces, simply decorated but offer very little outdoor space. The " benches" around the fire pit were scary wobbly and no outdoor dining space, not even a picnic table. And only 2 chairs on the front porch for cabins that sleep 10. Inside beds were comfy .

Great Spot and Great Experience!
We loved the two house setup, the hot tubs, and the location in Black Mountain. It’s a great neighborhood and close to all the fun shops! The check-in process was easy, and it helped to have the check out process on the refrigerator. It was nice to have the hot tubs and front porches. And felt like a great place for families! The kids loved the fuss-ball table and Pac-Man. Abbie was super responsive and easy to communicate with! Great experience.
