The pools were nice which is why we picked this hotel. The staff was very accommodating! Our bathroom in our room needs some repairs due to age I would imagine.

They overbooked the night of my stay and asked me twice if I could switch rooms. I finally settled on a semi comparable room but was not happy with situation considering how overpriced the room was to begin with. The staff was fairly friendly but lacked any responsibility for their errors, making me feel like it was my obligation to accommodate them.

Great hotel, easy check in and out. Pool was fun for kids. Pillows were tiny and uncomfortable though, recommend bringing your own if possible.

Probably not again.
The bedside outlet and lamp didn't work. There was damage to the bathroom door and hole in the wall near the bed. The telephone didn't work when we tried to call the front desk.
