My friend and I are disabled so I booked on Expedia and then called to ask for first floor room because of no elevator. I should have specified close to front desk and door as hallways are long and difficult to carry luggage that far.

We book a room for Sept 22 my mistake. I canceled that reservation immediately after I made it. We got the confirmation for the cancellation. Then we made a reservation for Sept 16. We got the confirmation for that reservation but when we got to the hotel. There was no reservation for us. The first reservation was never changed so instead of getting the room for 88 dollars we had to pay the full price of the room. Over 100 dollars. We will probably not use your services again

I felt this hotel is well cleaned. I was comfortable walking barefoot in our room, which I normally do not. Staff is friendly and the breakfast offered is well rounded with many options. Beds are comfortable and the pillows are awesome!
