Benefiting from a dominant position, quiet and not overlooked, the villa consists, on the ground floor, of a large living space with living room and lounge, separate fully equipped kitchen, a pantry including an American refrigerator , a large freezer, and a washing machine.
the master bedroom opens onto the swimming pool and has a separate bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine with sofa bed, TV lounge serves 4 beautiful bedrooms as well as a bathroom and separate WC.
Outside you will enjoy 2 terraces, one adjoining the kitchen equipped with a plancha facing a games area (pétanque, molkky) of the Tiki bar and its lounge and the other surrounding a heated 5x11 meter swimming pool from May 1 to September 30.
Come and relax with family or friends between the lake (900 m) and the ocean (7 km).

Super vacances en famille !
Vacances familiales très agréables, dans une maison spacieuse et très fonctionnelle, très bien équipée ! Pas de vis à vis .....piscine au top ! Bon contact avec Léa qui est très réactive et avec Valérie par message ! Seul petit hic : heure de depart le dernier jour : 9h mais on nous en a expliqué la raison ! Qu'ajouter de plus si ce n'est qu'on a passé une excellente semaine !

Super Week end entre amis dans la villa Lalalandes
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison. La villa est très jolie, conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Logement idéal pour s’amuser entre amis (piscines, jeux) et cadres formidables au milieu des pins. Très bon accueil de l’équipe de conciergerie, Je recommande vivement pour des vacances en familles / amis à Biscarrosse. Nombreuses activités à faire avec la proximité du lac (2 min en voiture) et de la mer (10 min en voiture).

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Mit beheiztem Pool und kurzen Autofahrten zum Meer macht Urlaub mit Kindern echt Spaß. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und das Wetter war prima. Also alles bestens.

Villa lalalandes au top
Cadre magnifique dans le golf de Biscarrosse, entouré de bois, espace extérieur au top, terrain de pétanque, 2 salons de jardin détente, grande piscine entourée d’une énorme terrasse bois. L’intérieur est tout aussi agréable et spacieux, pratique, Deco très sympa. 10 adultes et 3 enfants nikel pour coucher tout le monde! Expérience à renouveler.

Villa très bien située, entre le lac de Biscarrosse et la plage, entourée d'arbres ce qui crée une intimité et un confort sonore/visuel. Extérieur avec grande table, coin jeux, plusieurs mini canapés pour pouvoir se poser dehors au bord de la piscine. Communication au top que ce soit avec la propriétaire ou la conciergerie. Week end de 3 jours agréable dans une maison où il ne manque rien. La piscine et la terrasse sont un plus. Proche du lac et du bourg. C'est avec grand plaisir que je reviendrai. Amélie qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée et de notre départ est très sympathique et à l’écoute de ses hôtes.

Sejour en famille agreable
Sejour agreable malgré quelques désagrément : fuites au niveau de la toiture dans 2 chambres + mezzanine, lames de terrasses non fixées. Nous avons mis le socle avec le parasol pour pas que les enfants marchent dessus. La maison est parfaite pour un groupe d’ado et adultes mais pas bien adaptée au jeunes enfants. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine malgré la météo.

Un petit coin de paradis
La maison est superbe sur les hauteurs du Golf de Biscarrosse, la grande terrasse ensoleillée au milieu de cette forêt de pains est vraiment agréable. La maison est vraiment bien équipée pour accueillir tout le monde. On ne manque de rien. Vivement le mois de Mai que la piscine soit ouverte !! La maison est bien fournie en équipement de cuisine, la literie est très bonne. il y a deux salles de bains ce qui est arrangeant. La grande terrasse est aussi bien équipée avec les nombreux transats et le salon de jardin. Propriétaire très réactive et arrangeante. Le service de conciergerie est aussi au top en indiquant de bons contacts à Biscarrosse. Cette location est au top !
