Burst water main curtailed our trip
The room was lovely, but as there was a local burst water main, there was no water to the property at all and no timeframe from the water company to fix it, so we were forced to cancel our stay. As the venue we were due to visit was closed too, we went home

The room was really light with great views over Wednesbury. It was also really well thought out (lots of plugs, mirrors, wardrobe) and well stocked (microwave, proper sized glasses for water, tea, coffee, biscuits etc). There was even a lovely welcome sign to greet me! The only thing I would change is when you go in the bathroom the light comes on automatically, which is not ideal if you have to get up in the night to use the loo.

A very well presented hotel and room in a convenient location, comfortable pilllows, great amenities, and quick responses from attentive staff. If I visit the area again, I will definitely return to this hotel, and I will be recommending it to others.

Before I arrived I received a call from Jay who had upgraded my room. I liked the view because it was upstairs and looking out onto the main road. You didn't get much road noise unless you opened the window. It was a nice touch with the welcome note. Entry was quick and easy. A brilliant idea. I had such a great stay and hope to come back again. Everything was perfect, better than what I expected especially the shower. There were a lot of amenities within walking distance.
