Excellant stay
Excellent location to the stadium and great food choices. The staff was awesome for refrigerator loan and extra coffee and valet parking. Very friendly. Comfy bed and room. Would recommend to anyone looking for nice get away with great restaurants around them and nice comfy room to stay in.

For the price of the hotel the room was very underwelling. Yes it was clean, yes the staff was great, however only place in the room to sit was the bed and not only did you not have a balcony but didnt have a window. It felt like you were in a casino and they didnt want you to know the time.

Great stay
No complaints about my stay. The staff was very nice and helpful especially Natalie at the front desk. She is a phenomenal human being. I would recommend this hotel anytime you're in the area. You will not be disappointed. Will definitely stay again.

This was a splendid building but they're still finding their sea legs. The bar looked great but there were all these little signs they didn't have the means to get it to the right spot. Nevertheless attracting a nice clientele. Birmingham is surprisingly noisy at night - squealing and racing cars and cops/sirens. Get it together. As a Portlander I was happy there were no tents and almost no zombies. But the rednecks! Most of the best restaurants are in walking distance of this hotel. Lots of parking - no need for the crazy expensive valet unless that's an experience you value. Classy building, almost there. Crossing from minimalist to minimal.....

The hotel is very good, as is the service. My wife is allergic to feathers, which are in both the pillows and the comforter, and which could not be switched by the time we discovered that. The location was perfect for our needs, within walking distance of the things we needed to accomplish. We will stay again with an advance request for foam pillows and a no-feather comforter.

The hotel was amazing with a bar and restaurant in it so u can just chill and stay in hotel. The only thing and it’s not the hotel part but the valet parking company advertising $20 to $38 dollars a day but it was $50 every time u requested your vehicle to come to front to go some where. There are really no where to park like that around the hotel. But there is a parking deck that charges $9 dollars hat made it do able just a lil walk back to hotel. That the only bad thing about the hotel

The experience was amazing! The room and hotel itself was clean and neat! The only issue I had was the heat wasn’t working as well as it should. The maintenance man came the next day and was right on top of it.

I got to the property 3 hours early to see if I can get an early check in, and they took my name and number and said they will call if they had something available. No one ever called or texted. It was an hour before check in so I went back in and they said they had some rooms available, but I guess they weren't going to call to tell me. The room was clean, but lighting was so dim. As soon I got to the room, I took a shower, and there was no hot water. It wasn't ice cold, but nowhere near warm. I called to let them know, and they was supposed to send someone. After no one came within an hour I went about my day. When I came back I let the front desk know about the NO hot water. Someone came to feel the water, and said give it 30 minutes. I waited an hour, and no hot water. The next day I was checking out, and still no hot water. Since I booked through a 3rd party they couldn't refund me partial of my money, but would give me Hilton points, and I have yet to see those as well. Valet was $48 dollars a day. We still had to wait a while to get the car, so it's probably better just to park your car yourself on the street, and save some money.
