Featuring three cozy bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms, private laundry, and parking- this house offers comfort and convenience! The Space:
This is the upstairs unit/Unit A. Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Inside, the cozy open-concept living and dining rooms are to the left. The living room has a queen sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV.
The large farm table with two benches and two chairs is the perfect gathering spot. We hope you come together to enjoy meals prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. We provide essential kitchenware items so you can prepare home cook meals during your stay!
Right off the front door are all three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two full beds and an attached half bathroom. The second has a full bed, armchair, and SmartTV. The third bedroom has a king bed. The full bathroom is in the hall with a shower/tub combination.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in a residential area. Only an 8 min drive to Ascension St. Vincent's East Hospital, 7 min drive to Walmart Supermarket, and 13 min drive to Holiday Inn Birmingham airport.With everything you need just a short distance away!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Not what we expected
I'll begin with the positive - the interior of the property was clean except for carpet stains. The drain in the tub was nearly totally clogged - had to use a plunger each time a shower was taken. Also, we tried to start the washing machine and dishwasher as requested, but there was no soap for either. The garbage from previous tenants was left outside the entrance door. There were several bags which had been rilpped open and the garbage and trash were spread around the entrance - the smell and flies were terrible. I called the property manager and 5 hours later someone came to pick up the garbage but did not wash away what was stuck to the ground and still stunk. The yard was strewn with trash and very unsightly. This is a two-level property and we rented the upper level. The driveway to the upper level is VERY steep and broken up concrete. It is not possible to see what is at the top of the driveway without walking all the way up and even then, the parking at the top is not level and is also broken concrete. We were riding motorcycles and each entrance and exit to the property was treacherous. On-street parking is not a possibility as the street is also very steep.
