Bed was awful lumpy could feel the springs gave me and my partner backache bath was hot but broke as only the shower would work very basic staff and unhelpful put on top floor me and my partner were really unimpressed wouldn’t stay again

This was not what we were led to believe the photos were considerably misleading, the hole place was run down and filthy everywhere was disgusting, It was so bad we didn't stay we left immediately so lost our booking fee and had to find another hotel. I would not have let my pet stay there.

Dated, looked like people on benefits were living there, nothing around it apart from a bus stop and the bar was more like a casino with poker tables everywhere. Is That legal? I dont know!
