No towels were provided and only one mostly used roll of toilet paper. Phone calls weren't answered and we had to try every door to get in as the apartment number wasn't provided. Responses via message were not prompt. The TV wasn't connected to the internet & no WiFi details were provided. The TV also couldn't pick up any channels.

Disappointing stay
Firstly, let me say this property has the potential to be something very nice, the location is excellent and for us it would have been somewhere we used on a regular basis, whilst visiting family in the area. The apartment was a good size and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, there are a lot of problems. Starting with the front door which was very difficult to get open it is a keyless entry and the door takes some wiggling, we were not the only people struggling with it either. On entry the apartment smelt of stale cigarettes, I complained as I didn’t want to be charged for something that we did not do. I was told they'd organise air freshener, no thanks that wasn’t going to cover a stale smoke smell. On entry to the kitchen that evening I noticed several large and small cockroaches, I messaged with photos and was told they would send bug spray! Sorry but if you actually see that many you have a problem, this of course ruled out using the kitchen (the bug spray did not arrive either). The bedding did not smell fresh, television didn't work and there was no wi-fi code left in the room. The lamp in the bedroom was broken and there were minor repairs needed throughout the apartment too. Dirty laundry and a vacuum sat on the stairs for two days too. It is not acceptable to apologise to guests and then expect them to deal with cockroaches and cigarettes smoke, get your act together as you have something that has potential.

I receievd a text asking me to verify my id. But the link didnt work. After spending nearly 45min on hold i was told the link sent through hotels booking was not correct. Ofcourse this was a premium rate number. After trying to complain the line was cut off. Also the shower was cold

There were some kitchen appliances that were dirty and mouldy before use. Was not pleasnt to use. The bathroom smelt like sewage maybe coming from the drain. The kitchen was not full equipped there was no hand blender to blend our food and a potato masher. However cleanliness of the appartment was top 10, comfort was also really good , shower was nice and clean easy to use. I like the hair dryer in the bathroom after a shower really convenient. I like the fact that morriosons was downstairs so easy forbus to shop for food. Really amazing and convient location. Neighbours were very loud the appartment can do woth soundproof walls. Will be better. Out of 10 i will rate my stay 8/10 just because if the few things i have mentioned. Overall great stay! Happy customer. The wifi was not working and not connected to the tv so couldnt not watch my shows or netflix. Use if internet was very poor.
