I was there one month, no cleaning service. No one ever came by to clean the room.
The money deposit of 100£ was not given back to me. They said my room was in bad condition.
Moreover they said it smells like smoke everywhere, but I am not a smoker.
There are cockroaches in the kitchen and showers. Also there are cameras everywhere.
Roaches, No key was provided to lock my door when i left my room, uncomfortable bed, poor phone service area, shower head was not fixed, had to hold it myself, water tasted off, loud area, black outs
Turned up to this place late due to work, had to call them for check in details as nothing was sent properly, the room turned out to be a dorm room which was not listed as! Being so tired I had to stay one night and had 3 booked total? I refused to sleep in a bunk bed and left, £100 deposit was taken which is a joke in a shared room! Unstayed nights not refunded, avoid this at all costs
Utterly disappointing- I stayed there for 5 minutes and checked out straight away - it’s basically a HMO with other unknown people in the house who was arguing in the corridor. There was no keys to lock the room, the bed looks like someone slept in it - no handrail to stair and a very basic room. I contacted them that the room is not as advertised and yet she decline to refund. Horrible room

Pest control needed
The reason for the poor review is the fact that there were many cockroaches in the kitchen - there were so many that I believe there is a nest somewhere in the house. I have contacted the property about this and received no reply.
Other than this there were no issues. I hope the situation can be dealt with.

No keys when checked in so couldn't lock room when went out.
Enjoyed my stay, although the bed and mattress was a bit less comfortable. The room was good and clean, contributing to a positive overall experience. Looking forward to improvements for an even better stay next time.
