Very, very poor customer service
Don't trust the information supplied when booking this property. THEY DO NOT CONTACT YOU 24 HOURS BEFORE TO PROVIDE CHECK IN INFORMATION.
I chased them by phone less than an hour prior to check in advising I was arriving shortly advising they hadn't sent check in information. They didn't return my call. I then text them stating I hadn't received check in information. I received a curt reply with no apology stating they don't supply information prior to check in and that was the fault of the booking agent. No apology for this was supplied despite this being an issue between the property and Hotels.com. They actually had the audacity to advise me to take this up with Hotels.com rather than dealing with this themselves and further inconveniencing other customers.
The walls are paper thin and when someone has a shower or flushes the toilet in their respective rooms it sounds like you are in there with them.
The breakfast was decent but limited.
For a very, very basic stay with absolutely zero customer service this accommodation is nothing more than okay, if you expect decent customer service and politeness don't stay here.
