The staff was extremely friendly. Especially the ladies at the front desk. The room had a couple of things that weren't quite right especially the bathroom. They worked well the water pressure was excellent and the temperature was great but it looked like it was a bit of a poor job installing the tub surround.

Booked for convenience for a 6am flight so location would be this property’s highest rated feature. Other than the convenience to the airport, I would not recommend this hotel. I’m also surprised IHG owns this property. Not the standard we are accustomed to with this brand. Renovate. Do better IHG.

Never accept room 901. The elevator motors are located above that room and you will hear them run every time the elevator is in use.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We went downstairs to eat dinner and get a drink, sat at the bar. Bartender was super nice, but there were COCKROACHES crawling on the bar in front of us where all the glasses and condiments and liquor were. Not just one, but multiple. It was so disgusting. The bartenders saw them and did nothing, ignoring them completely, like they were just part of the crew. Bedroom was ok, bathroom drain was covered in the previous guests hair.
