The black out curtain would not roll up, I called the front desk but no one ever came. Internet went down and I couldn’t get Netflix to come back up. Again I called but no one ever came

our reservation wasn’t in their system, but thankfully they had vacancy. The bathroom bathroom had a foul odor-it seemed the shower curtain smelled sour like it had sat in a washing machine a long while. The shower gel was empty and housekeeping did not refill it when they cleaned the room. There was only 1 bar of soap. No facial tissue was in the room.

Liked the refurbished room.
Our room on 5th floor was great; clean,felt newly refurbished, and comfortable. However, son on 2nd flr. must have checked into one of the rooms not yet refurbished. Some issues with it, but was handled by Shirley very quickly (very much appreciated). Would recommend.
