Very happy with Victory and the reception!
Victory was awesome. She was very nice, knew her job, and went above and beyond our expectations. Text to make sure all was well with us and if we needed anything. The lobby was clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We plan to stay here again on our trips through the area!!!

Bugs (roach and something else). Bed had serious dip right in the middle. Dropped something on the floor and looked under bed. It was filthy.

While the desk clerk, Vicky, was very helpful, when I first arrived she was outside smoking right at the doors!!!!! I detest, and am allergic to cigarette smoke!!! Nothing worse than having to walk through a plume of cigarette smoke after driving all day and then smelling like that when you get into your hotel room!! I wanted to turn around and leave but I had prepaid and was not able to get a refund!!!!

Stay was good. Just thought the room was very over priced at over 300 dollars for the night. Pretty convenient the price was that for a Friday night before fall break. Disappointed in the price of the room. Other than that it was good.
