Made this reservation online for one price and when I arrived, they tried to charge me a $100 extra and they tried do give me a higher rate for one of the days I stayed. Luckily when I went to the desk with my concerns, one female employee noticed what her co-workers had done and made the proper corrections. She seemed to be the only one with care, concern and attention to detail.

My room was very clean and smelled wonderful. The area was quiet. The pool area was dark at night and it did not look clean. Customer service was amazing.

I have stayed here before but this time was different, my room had a bottle on the floor next to the desk... Other than that it was ok, the elevator was very scary and the side doors didn't lock, I kept getting different prices for incidental fees, I didn't understand that. Probably won't stay again

The layout was terrible. Elevator was in one corner of the facility (not near the entrance) and our room was in the opposite corner. Ice machine same area as elevator and didn’t work. Had to find another machine. AC didn’t work well at all.
