The house offers a modern kitchen with island, all appliances for you to enjoy family meals (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) and an integrated dining room. To enjoy with family or friends we have a beautiful living room with large TV, comfortable sofa and direct access to the second living room with ping pong table, telescope and amazing views to the landscape.

But without a doubt the most impressive feature is the outside space where we can enjoy the spacious gardens, a spectacular outdoor swimming pool where you can admire the Serra de Tramuntana and the beautiful views of the interior of Mallorca. The holiday house is located very close to the village of Binissalem "El Pueblo del Vino" with its restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. The nearest villages are Inca and Alaro and the next beaches are "Playa Can Pere Antoni", "Passeig del Molinar" and "Playa Ciudad Jardin". For golf lovers there are the golf courses "Golf Son Vida" and "Golf Son Gual". We recommend a visit to the "Coves of Campanet" and of course the wine cellars of Binissalem...
