We propose to you to the rent, in the heart of the seaside resort of Binic, this charming apartment with sea view, at less than one of 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 21 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a loggia. Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 140×190) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a closet.
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A loggia of 2 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days and the sea view.

The apartment is ideally located in Binic, in a very pleasant environment with view on the port. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... of a playground for the children...

Come and enjoy the town of Binic, a human-sized destination that will invite you to enjoy a relaxing stay, without crowds, at the rhythm of its desires and its tides (5th largest bay in the world for the importance of its tides and among the most beautiful bays in Europe).
- Tourist sites: The port, from the great fishing - from Newfoundland to Iceland - to pleasure boating, the Penthièvre pier, the Godelins seaside resort, the 12-hectare natural area of the Benains, the Pourrhis viaduct....
- Sporting activities: various nautical activities, hiking along the GR 34 to discover the Breton coast, the five fine sand beaches (La blanche, l'avant Port, les Godelins, la plage du Moulin, le corps de garde), 13 mountain bike circuits...
