The Desk Clerks were phenomenal!! Especially "Mac" upon "checking in"!! I originally accepted a "regular" Room offered thru Expedia. Upon arrival, when informing "Mac" of my limited physical abilities, He immediately, without asking, changed my Room, to accommodate my disabilities!! That was extremely thoughtful of Him!! The other Clerks were excellent also. Breakfast was excellent!! Hot and fresh!! The Laundry Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

We had looked for a hotel room and found the Tru by Hilton. The reviews looked good and the rating was 8.9 . Our experience found dirty room with under the mattresses nasty as well as a clogged bathroom drain. For a room with the Hilton name in it was seriously lacking. We were offered.a 2nd room and that one was.no better Would not recommend !
