The noise level after 11:30 was unbearable. It seems that the facility wasn’t very occupied and we found out that we were placed in the same wing as a group of about 30 students. It was too late for us to change rooms with all our stuff. When told about our night of very,very little sleep, the front desk just flippantly said that we should have called. They should have put them in away from the rest of the other occupants. She said that wasn’t her doing. It was a Tuesday night. And at midnight, the tv lost the signal. Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. 😤😡

The hotel location was perfect for us since we were visiting our son in Binghamton University, the hotel basically cross the street from the college, the staff were great and friendly, the room is spacious, clean and excellent for the price we were charged. Plenty of parking. The only little concern was that the bathroom was small in size but it is not a major issue for me as long it is clean . Try this hotel and you won’t be disappointed.

We were in town to take a tour at Binghamton University and we were recommended to stay here by an alumni. The property was right across the street from BU, had very comfortable beds and wonderful coffee!

Room was not clean at all. A bunch of garbage under the dresser visible when laying on the bed. Stains on walls and plaster coming off in bathroom. Hair on toilet. For an outrageous 300 a night, expect a lot more.

The bed in our room was so high that a person of short stature could not get into it without much difficulty. The management had nothing to help the situation, and when a suggestion was made that they might want to have a few small step stools fo such occasions; they rejected the idea, because they had never had such a request (my wife had abdominal surgery that morning, so we had to check out and return home.
