While the staff were exceptional, the facility was dirty and there were stains not only in the carpet outside the rooms but inside as well. The bathroom looked as if it needed to be renovated and the tub had visible mold. The door to the bathroom did not shut completely also.

The hotel was a convenient proximity to Binghamton University. The rates are a little high and it was probably due to the parents weekend.

When we arrived in our room there was a hairball on the back of our toilet. The room wasn’t clean. There was no pool available like advertised on the website. The elevator was scary and the doors were all scratched up. I would never stay there again and would have never booked it.

The hotel is not the nicest or cleanest hotel. Booked a room for 5 and only had 2 full beds. Only 3 towels and had a hard time getting more. Breakfast was good and the friendliest person was the person managing the breakfast area.
