Dopo la prenotazione la struttura mi ha cancellato la stanza perché in overbooking, lasciandomi senza una struttura in cui soggiornare. Per fortuna è intervenuta la meravigliosa assistenza clienti Expedia che mi ha fornito un’alternativa allo stesso prezzo ma con servizi nettamente superiori! Questa struttura del tutto sconsigliata per la scorrettezza nel cancellare una prenotazione!
