Never had such poor customer service anywhere!!
We reserved a handicap room. My husband is in a wheelchair and when we arrived we were told no handicap rooms were clean. We asked for a stool or chair for the shower and were told by the front desk person to go purchase what we needed to make the room accessible to us. So we went and bought a stool got into the room and went to wash our hands and there was no hand soap. So we went to the front desk and asked for some soap and they didn't have any. So the clerk handed us bottles of shampoo and conditioner and makeup wipes to use.

I mostly love this hotel. It's always clean and quiet. My only complaint is that every time I stay here, which is quite often, I travel to Billings for work frequently. My room keys are never programmed correctly for my length of stay. I always have to go back down to the desk because my keys won't work and I cannot get into my room.

Staff was very friendly, but didn’t seemed real phased when we reported watching mice run around in the breakfast area. When I reported the mice, the lady at the front desk, just shrugged her shoulders and said I’m sorry, but it’s winter time. When we got into our room, we had to call front desk to have them sent sheets up to change the dirty sheets left on the Hideaway bed. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

I enjoy staying at Comfort Suites. They have larger rooms for us... 4 grandkids. They are very friendly and the rooms are so clean.

Mostly good, a few issues this time
The pros: huge room, very clean, good value for money. Nice pool and decent breakfast. Cons: key card kept failing, had to get it reprogrammed 4 times in 2 days. Happened to many other guests too. TV glitched out every 30 seconds or so, microwave also on last legs. Fox News blasting in lobby 24/7 (blech!)

We were given the wrong room and were told there was nothing they could do about it by both morning and night staff. They also showed little care and did not apologize without offering a discount. I payed for a king suite and got a double queen. The breakfast was also terrible.

We had two rooms, which were both very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the staff assigned one of our rooms to another guest when they arrived and provided them with programmed cards. Not cool when you’re relaxing and someone else comes through your door.
