The hotel has great location, near to Guggenheim, and other tourist spots, bus accessible. Staff are helpful. The air conditioning and air circulation need some adjustment as it is quite warm.

A modern hotel with old problems is the shower leaked, no wash cloths, and they could not understand what a wash cloth was. Birds flying around the indoor dining area. They had a nice breakfast, but Jesus who made the omelettes did not like Americans and pretty much told you so.
