GREAT location between the Guggenheim and the museo Bellas Artes. Staff super attentive, helpful, polite, multilingual. Good breakfast w/ eggs to order and very nice buffet spread. All in all, cdnt ask for more. Highly recommend.

The room facing the back was quiet. Even as a standard room, the amenities were good. The deluxe room faced the front with a side view of the Guggenheim. Breakfast was excellent. The “honesty” bar next to the lobby had a relaxed vibe that encouraged guests to interact.

Best Hotel Ever! We arrived late at night and check in was a breeze. The hotel surprised us with a massive upgrade to their highest tier suite. On the second day we were more than a little loud having sex and we were definitely heard. A few minutes later there was a knock on the door and I was certain we would get told off for the noise, but the maid brought us assorted sweets saying they are from the hotel. Since we didn’t hear her knock on any of our nearby suites I can only surmise this was a sweet gesture to remind us to keep it down. Which we mostly did. Between that and the spa, honesty bar which is 24/7 and the amazing location, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I will be coming again with one of my partners for sure.

In the nicest word possible, disappointing. Despite all the great reviews which lead me to choose this property, I got the smallest room (based on floor map) which was never pointed out when pre-paid for two nights. Immediately notified front desk; not even any commiserating or regrets by staff. The ‘window’ in room was frosted and looked out over light shaft. I conveyed this info above to Expedia at checkin and was notified that property manager would be alerted. Nothing happened in two nights/three days. Have never written a negative review before and would never recommend this property as description was deceiving and reality was very disappointing.
