Gorgeous modern hotel staff where lovely, plenty of room good choice for breakfast and good location. Literally the only downside was how dark it is. We had no windows for any kind of natural light and the same in the lobby so you literally can’t tell if it’s night or day until you go outside

The hotel is spectacular, close to the old town, but it does not have parking as stated on Expedia. The parking is public and is quite far from the hotel for someone traveling with suitcases. Otherwise I recommend it.

Fab hotel in a great location in old town! Our room was gorgeous with all the amenities required and was very quiet. Every day when we returned from exploring our bed (which was very comfy) was remade impeccably! Decor throughout hotel had attention to detail in finishes & is stylish & classy. Extremely kind & helpful staff. A short walk to tram / bus stop. Various bars / restaurants, cafes & shops all just a stones throw away. Would definitely highly recommend staying here when visiting Bilbao & surrounding places. *****

Muy recomendable para escapadas en Bilbao debido a su ubicación en pleno casco histórico. Sus instalaciones muy nuevas, prácticamente a estrenar. Lo mejor de la habitación ha sido sin duda la comodidad de la cama y lo reconfortante de una buena ducha. Por otro lado cabe destacar la originalidad del lavabo y el diseño que lo hace muy singular.
