Remodeled sunny 1 bedroom condo in Meadow Village with heated garage

This remodeled property is in the quiet part of the Big Sky Meadow Village with easy access to the Nordic Center (1 mile), Big Sky Golf Course (1 mile), Big Sky Resort (7 miles), Lone Mountain Guest Ranch (1 mile), Town Center (1 mile), Community Park (1 mile) offering a plethora of summer and winter activities. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, movie theater, event center, and retail stores are all within easy reach. A shuttle service is also available.

Bedroom: features a queen bed, closet with shelves and hangers, up-down blinds in a window with a non-residential view, linens, pillows, and extra throws.

Bathroom: features a walk in shower, overhead and handheld shower head, towel warmer, ceramic wall heater, towels, hair dryer, and amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Living Area: features a full length sofa with chaise, free WiFi, egg chair (250# limit), streaming capable flatscreen TV, books, games, puzzles, and a south facing window with up-down shades.

Kitchen: features full size refrigerator, electric cooktop, full size oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, counter top seating for two, dishwasher, cookware, and basic spices. There is an upright pantry with pull out shelves. The kitchen too has a window with up – down shades, and a non residential view.

Dining area: features a mid high top table and four cushioned chairs in the open floor plan living area with a view out the sliding balcony doors that also feature up - down shades and a south facing view of the rear of the golf / nordic / walking area across the street and partial residential area.

The 5 x 10' balcony faces south for lots of sun, is partially covered, and has seating for two. Your view will be across the street and parking area towards the golf course and Nordic trails.

The stackable washer and dryer are located between the kitchen and dining area. Laundry pods and dryer sheets provided.

There is also a hallway closet between the bedroom and bathroom, which has shelves and hangers.

Garage: heated with ample room for gear (there is approximately 8' in front of my Toyota RAV4 when I pull that in), normal sized car or a smaller sized pick up (a 2000 Ford 150 fits when we pull in the side mirrors).

This condo is an ideal base for active folks as it is on the third floor of a condominium complex, you can hop on the community walking or nordic skiing trails just across the street, you can bike most places in the Meadow and Town Center and to Ousel Falls, Hummocks, and Upland Trails, you can catch the Skyline shuttle up the mountain summer (with bikes and cruise down the M2M trail back to your door, be forewarned this is a technical downhill, not for beginners or intermediates) or winter.
