Cozy cabin sits on top of a hill for you to enjoy looking out at the Chugach Mountains while the planes and helicopters take off and land on the Big Lake Airstrip below. Also enjoy the outdoor views from your cabin deck or around the shared outdoor gas fire pit table. This cabin is perfect for any couple to just relax in bed by the gas fireplace after a day of exploring Big Lake. Located a few minutes from downtown Big Lake with enough parking for your boat, jet skis or snowmachine trailer.

In the summer take the short drive to Big Lake South State Recreation Site for its boat launch and swimming area or a little farther to Big Lake North State Recreation Site for its views of Denali. At the lake enjoy swimming, boating, paddle boarding, fishing, jet skiing, and waterskiing. Take a short walk to Fish Creek Park for its salmon spawning observation deck, swimming area, and picnic area.

In the winter take off from the cabin on snowmachines to access the popular Big Lake snowmachine trail system. Big Lake freezes over and becomes an ice road for activities like snowmachining, dog mushing tours, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing.
