This is a very clean organized hotel that opened in early 2024. It is in a good location, but not quite walkable to anywhere. The rooms have a kitchette that are well supplied with dishes, cutlery and a handful of kitchen utensils. They offer a buffet breakfast that is basic but offers decent, healthy options.

Summer vacay. Hotel was great. It was clean front desk customer service was the best. Indoor pool was great. The courtyard outside area was such a great place to hang out with lots of seating and a grill to use and very relaxing after a long day next to the fireplace and make s’mores which the hotel supplied.

The moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff, setting the tone for my entire stay. Every interaction with the staff was a delight—they were always ready to assist with any request and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Issues with the room keys, keys did not work two days in a row. Staff was friendly but was never present at the front desk, a button needed to be pressed in order for staff to come up front. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Overall it was a great hotel for families, with the indoor pool, movie nights and free smores kits

Spacious room for a family!
We went up to Big Bear for a few days to have a relaxing vacation. We loved the Smores kits at night. I loved the coffee machine. All of the staff was super friendly. And we loved our room!

The receptionist and the lady who served in the kitchen area were sooooo nice and friendly! The gentleman who worked the overnight shift was so helpful and nice. The hotel is clean, new and nice. Will be back!!

The indoor pool was a nice touch but…
When I book hotels I look for three things; free parking, WiFi, and breakfast. I didn’t see anywhere on hotels site that parking was not free before I booked. When we got there they charged us for it. I went to speak to the manager because like I said there was nothing on the site that said there was a charge for parking. The lady I talked to said it was there. I tried to get her to show me where it was because I scoured the website looking for just that and didn’t find it anywhere. I don’t know who’s fault it is, hotels or the hotel, but whoever it is needs to get their stuff together and put that you have to pay for parking on the website. I would not have booked here if I saw it there. Also there was construction going on and they put us in a room right next door to the construction. Pounding hammers and drills right on the other side of our wall. They could have taken care and put us somewhere else. Anyway, no I will not be staying here again when we go to Big Bear and once again, get your stuff together.

Hotel-suite experience.
This is a new hotel, in which we had one of the suites. It advertised a "full kitchen," which was sort of true: it had a decent stock of plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans. The cooking facilities were a microwave, a portable one-burner convection stove, and a hood with fan; Keurig coffee maker. There were no wine glasses or corkscrew (we had our own), so it seems they don't anticipate anyone having a glass of wine in the room, though there is as yet no bar. The employees were to a person friendly and helpful. I got the sense the managers/owners were still getting their ducks in a row, but the fundamentals seem nice. Good location right on the main avenue through Big Bear.

They charged us $40 extra to check in 2 hours early….for a dirty room!! There was a lot of hair in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. The shower was dirty, it needs a really good scrub down!
