The House
The Rural House Pedro Paula, category two ears, mention monument, is an accommodation dating from the 16th century, was built in 1587 and entirely restored in 1988. It consists of three floors distributed in 170 square meters, in stone and wood, designer fireplace in the living room and large home in the original cellar, fully equipped kitchen, etc.

The house has on its top floor three bedrooms plus mezzanine distributed as follows, double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, another attic with 2 single beds plus built-in wardrobe, third attic with a single bed plus a trundle bed remaining At the same level, there is also a Mezzanine for two people. Another full bathroom with bathtub. There is a third toilet on the ground floor next to the cellar. Space for skis. Great cellar of origin with large fireplace and large table, it is ideal for great dinners or barbecues, roasted potatoes, veiled in the heat of the bonfire after a day of skiing or a walk in the mountains.
It also has a large private patio and terrace with excellent orientation as well as a small garden.

Situation
It is located next to the pool, playground and tennis courts of the town, in the most charming area of Biescas. Very central but at the same time very quiet.
Easy parking Walks from the same town to the park of Arratiecho, pools of golds, house of the witches ... Ideal mountain sports, skiing, very close to the Panticosa and Formigal ski resorts. Very cozy, quiet and charming home. In summer possibility of water activities in the Nuza reservoir.

Biescas is located in the Aragonese Pyrenees, at the beginning of the Tena Valley, at 875 m. high above an ancient glacial valley, today river. It extends on both sides of the Gállego River, organized according to the topography of the land, thus forming two well-defined neighborhoods: El Salvador and San Pedro, both presided over by the churches that give them their name.
