The location to get to Biarritz is bad. The staff did not know about the limited bus service, whose stations are unfortunately not within reasonable walking distance. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is open to the hotel bed. The humidity in the rooms and thus in the utensils brought along is correspondingly high. The pictures of the hotel are deceptive, as it is located on a busy road and not in the countryside near Biarritz. A large park in between has to be driven around and we could not walk the few kilometres directly. All in all, the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right at all.

First of all, we would like to apologize for this inconvenience.Our location as well as the photos of our different rooms are clearly expressed on the site. So you booked this location knowing it.The bus stops to go to Hendaye, Biarritz or Bayonne are just 100 meters from the hotel. We can't help it if during your stay we suffered a bus drivers' strike...Concerned about the satisfaction of our customers, we thank you for letting us know.We wish you a good summer.Kind regards
