The living room is the perfect spot for you to relax and take in the stunning views of the sea and countryside. The winter garden and loggia offer plenty of natural light and a cozy atmosphere. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, where you can prepare delicious meals. There is a double bedroom with a double bed that has an exit to the terrace. The terrace spans over 25m2 and is furnished with outdoor furniture and deck chairs, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views while soaking up the sun. The villa also has a shower/bidet/WC with a double hand-basin. The lower ground floor features one room with two beds, but without a window. From March 2023, the double room in the basement will have an exit to the outside and a shower/toilet, making it even more convenient for you.
