Very functional accommodation and ideally located close to the coast of Basques, in the heart of the Beaurivage district of Biarritz.

The apartment is located on the second and last floor of a Basque house, called The Chalet of the Three Brothers, which is located in a dead end perpendicular to the street of Spain, which gives the Chalet des Trois Frères two undeniable advantages: to be calm while allowing to walk the street of Spain and the animated district of Les Halles in less than two minutes. The last undeniable advantage of this apartment is the magical view of the ocean and the Spanish relief from the balcony of the living room.

This accommodation is ideal for families with two children or couples of friends and consists of a living room of about 35m2, a sleeping room of 11 m2 and a bathroom / shower and a bathroom. balcony to admire the ocean and in the distance the Spanish mountains. The living room consists of a large sofa bed that can accommodate two adults, a large dining table for 6/8 people. The decor is resolutely beach oriented with the theme "the cabin of the sinner" (which is reflected in the wall decoration, choice of colors, cushions, etc.).

The sofa bed is located under a vélux allowing to sleep under the stars. From the living room, there is access to a balcony of about 2 m2 allowing to admire tirelessly the ocean, the Basque coast and in the distance the Spanish relief. The sunsets are superb and can be contemplate a glass of sangria in hand! In the living room there is a fully equipped open kitchen which also has a bar where you can have breakfast. The kitchen includes all the minimum in terms of dishes and utensils and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen also has a washing machine and dryer. The room is quietly set back from the street of Spain and consists mainly of a queen size bed for two adults. The bedroom also has plenty of storage on either side of the window, which offers a pleasant view of the rooftops of Biarritz. Finally, from the bedroom we access to a bathroom / shower equipped with a towel dryer and plenty of storage space.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Mazon Park. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the apartment.

Cute place, as pictured in posting
Pros: The place was very cute and just as pictured in the posting. Location was great, quiet area in Beau Rivage. View was spectacular, although could only see it if standing on the balcony. Great for the price. Down sides were: bedroom smelled moldy, especially the bed itself—had to sleep with windows open to avoid the smell. Host was adequate but could go a bit further—wasn’t able to meet me at my requested time (during check in hours) and would not leave a key so I had to wait in the parking lot for 45 mins., and host left minimal / bare bones supplies for guests (ex: one roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay, one wet bar of 1/2 used soap, no laundry detergent, 2 thin, scratchy bath towels, no hand towels etc). To give the place a higher rating, I would expect a bit higher customer service attention to things like that.

Am Strand Côte des Basques gelegen und schnell in der Stadtmitte
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Größe ist für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Vom Balkon sieht man über die Dächer der anderen Häuser auf das Meer, leider ist der Balkon zu klein um auf ihm zu sitzen. Die Wohnung liegt auch 5 Gehminuten vom Strand Côte des Basques entfernt, im Umkreis von wenigen Gehminuten sind mehre Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt zu reichen. In die Stadtmitte sind es ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Deshalb waren wir mit der Lage voll zufrieden. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation nicht besonders gut und die 3 Parkplätze die zum Haus gehören sind meistens belegt, deshalb unser Empfehlung Gepäck an der Wohnung ausladen und das Auto in der Stadt im Parkhaus parken. Hier fehlen leider die konkreten Empfehlungen, wo man am Besten parkt oder wie wir es von anderen Wohnungen kennen, das der/die Vermieter hier etwas organisieren. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt, waren leider aber nicht mehr im Top Zustand. Die Wohnung war ansonsten sauber und in guten Zustand. Geschirr vorhanden, Gläser und Tassen leider nur in geringer Anzahl, hier ist sofortiges Abspülen angesagt.

Großartige Lage
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Die Appartement ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und angenehm kühl. Auch wenn es im oberen Stockwerk liegt, mit geöffneten Fenstern, die allesamt im Schatten liegen, ist es sehr angenehm. Das absolute Highlight ist wie von allen beschrieben der Balkon, der einen überragenden Blick verspricht. Einzig und allein die Parksituation ist in den kleinen Straßen nicht gerade einfach... hat man jedoch einen gefunden, lässt sich Strand, einkaufen, Innenstadt alles zu Fuß erreichen. Jederzeit wieder!

Bel appartement dans immeuble calme. Pas très simple pour stationner mais après on peut tout faire a pied (la plage est au coin de la rue, les halles et le centre sont a 10 minutes, on est même allé jusqu'au phare à pied et on a grimpé les 250 marches !) La télé manque un peu pour les soirées hivernales mais heureusement il y a le wi fi
