Enjoy the renowned town of Bethlehem, NH! In the late 1800's and early 1900's, Bethlehem became one of the most popular destinations in the Northeast for savvy travelers looking to escape the summer heat. Today, the town is going through a renaissance with its quaint main street, great shops and restaurants, and fantastic location as a gateway to White Mountains fun.

Situated on a quiet street close to Bethlehem's Main Street, this home is a comfortable and efficient home base for exploring this area. The home is single level and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well as ample private yard space. The home is set up with 2 King beds, 1 standard twin and a twin/twin bunk sleeping 7 total. The back yard offers a hot tub, fire pit, picnic table, grill and chairs, in the garage there is a ping pong table available for guest use, and in the front yard is a new screened gazebo!

This is a great place to call home during your White Mountains vacations. Whether you want to ski, hike, snowmobile, or visit one of the hundreds of local attractions, you'll be right in the middle of it all, with convenient access to all major roads!

-Guest will be required to sign a rental agreement to comply with insurance requirements. You can view a sample agreement on our website.
-Check-in: Any time after 4PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 3 Vehicles. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests subject to $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. Pet fee for pet friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats, and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter may find its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open space which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge. As long as the correct number of guests is provided at booking, this is included in the total rate shown at booking! Children under the age of 2 do not count toward occupancy.

Cute mountain get away
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights with our dog and had a great time! It’s a short drive to Littleton and Franconia. We were able to hike a couple easy trials in the area with our dog. Communication with property manager was very easy and I received text replies within minutes of my inquiries. The only down side was that the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, but luckily there was a Walmart close by so we were able to buy new pillows. The hot tub was great on the cold nights & the fire place was also a huge bonus.

Everything we needed
This was a great property! We were gone during the day but had this nice house to come back too. There are restaurants in walking distance, and a small corner store which had food , drinks and firewood. The hot tub was super nice to use, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'd highly recommend staying here! I would definitely rebook this house again!

Awesome getaway!
We loved this place! Close to everything we wanted to do. Jacuzzi was a seller for us. We would definitely stay again. Not sure if the house rule booklet was up to date. Could not find a pingpong table, the garage was off limits and there was no where to put our trash. We tied it up and left it in the house.

No Frills, but great location
The location is right in the middle of town and about 15-20 min drive from Bretton Woods Ski area. The place is what it is. There was no style, no decorations of any kind, not even a painting, nothing. It looks as though they own it just to rent it.
