Front desk and breakfast and dining staff were cordial. Facilities are very good. Parking ramp is very steep and barriers very high making tires and front hit ramp. Park car was damaged by another vehicle but there were no security cameras to document what happened.

The hotel, rooms, ambiance & amenities were very nice. That said, the check-in staff person bordered on arrogant and was unwilling to see if our room could be available one hour earlier than "official" check-in time. We had been on the road a long time & were exhausted, and would have appreciated that one accommodation. The one other surprise was being charged $20 @ night to park! Not only ridiculously expensive, but also not advised beforehand (which may be an Expedia flaw or the Hotel's poor communication in advance. The facility itself was lovely and the breakfast was excellent.

This place is great! Awesome in fact! Breakfast is so good. I stay here just for that. I only have a rating of one for comfort because the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. I would have slept better on the floor. It was awful. The beds are very comfortable. But the sofa bed is really awful.

Property is in a very beutiful area and very close to Bethesda, Washington DC. But what made the stay perfect was the spacious suite, clean, breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. Staff very courteous and friendly. This is the second time I stayed here and will come back.
