Summertime guests can look forward to Over 250’ of private waterfront on a gold dusted sparkling sandy bottom pond, dock, wild blueberry beach, hot tub, fire pit, 4000sq’ log cabin with 5 bedrooms and plenty of space to spread out or enjoy the company of a large get-together all on one property. Kayaks and paddle boards are on sight as well as all luxury linens, towels, firewood, games, central AC, and high speed wi-fi. There is a great room with a pool table, several lounging/hangout areas throughout the cabin, and a game room with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, darts, and a large comfy sectional and TV. Each room has a distinct style to suit multiple generations or tastes. Minutes from Bethel, Sunday River, Mt. Abrahams, biking and hiking trails. Access to walking trails on 1400 conservation acres is directly across from the driveway. Love blueberries, the property is covered in low and high bush wild Maine blueberries. Have a boat, bring it and tie up at the dock. This spacious cabin is situated directly waterfront on 3 acres with amenities for all ages.
