This air-conditioned home has two bedrooms on the first level, along with a full bathroom with a standalone shower and a stackable washer/dryer for your laundry needs. Upstairs, you will come across an inviting loft area furnished with a cozy sectional and another flatscreen TV with cable. This is a great nook for kids to watch their favorite shows or movies while the adults unwind downstairs. This floor also hosts a bedroom with a convenient desk and an en suite bath with a standalone shower. There is a ramp that leads to the back door where you can access the home. Please note that the driveway is gravel.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
