CAN'T STAY A FULL WEEK? ENJOY A MINI-WEEK IN THIS OCEANFRONT CONDO! BOOK A FULL WEEK AND ENJOY A 10% DISCOUNT "IN-SEASON" AND A LARGER DISCOUNT IN THE SHOULDER SEASON! You'll love the ocean views from this 1 BR Sea Colony Condominium. When you're not on the beach, reading a book, or enjoying a beverage on the oceanfront deck, you might be sunbathing or swimming at one of the several pools on the property, (both indoor and outdoor). Need to start off the day with a bit of exercise? Check out the tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, basketball courts, fitness classes, and even children's activities! Condo is picturesque and comfortable for 4 guests with a King in the Primary Bedroom w/private powder room and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Book today while there are still prime weeks available. Guests pay a $100 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights in the off-season. NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. Sea Colony charges a badge fee per guest (age 4 +) per week of $15 from the dates of1/1/24-5/3/24 & 9/21/24-3/31/25, a $25 fee from 5/4/24-6/7/24 & 9/14/24-9/20/24, & a fee of $55 from 6/8/24 -9/13/24 payable at the Marketplace at Sea Colony. Fees for 2025 TBD. The Sea Colony amenity fees will be in addition to quote amount on VRBO site. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Awesome view
Been coming to Sea Colony since the 70’s as a kid and now with my daughter. This unit was very nice with a great view and decor, and a decent price. Would definitely stay in this one again. Not a big deal but I would ask the owner to fix the air conditioner unit in the bedroom closet. When it kicks in, it makes a very loud clanking sound each time it turns on that could wake you up in the middle of the night. They may not be aware so I informed Berkshire today when we checked out. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The stay was short but the condo and beach were very nice. We really loved staying at Bethany Beach. We will definitely return and use BH Penfed Realty again.

Condo was nice and fairly clean. Similar to other review we were not told that we had also check in at Sea Colony and pay a fee. Wasted a lot time after a long drive. Definitely would stay at Sea Colony again but not this condo due to the fact that I would not want to deal with Berkshire Hathaway Rentals again.

Great stay
Overall good location, clean condo, and nice amenities. Very confusing check in process as we rented and had to check in at two locations (rental and sea colony) which was not explained in any of the documentation provided. Overall, we would stay here again.
