Full kitchen and utensils to serve guests in quality and quantity, appliances (two refrigerators with separate freezer), toaster, blender, microwave, etc. Perfect condition!
External area, a beautiful new pool with a small beach, a new barbecue, and a huge terrace. My house is for own use!WIFI in the house! SKY cable tv !!

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, casa muito agradável, exatamente como o anúncio. Localização ótima, 15 minutos a pé da praia e uns 5 minutos de carro. Bairro muito seguro e bonito. A casa merece todas as estrelas possíveis. Passamos o final de semana na casa e foi nossa melhor experiência com casas de aluguel. A casa atendeu todas a expectativas da nossa família de 12 adultos e 2 crianças. Casa espaçosa, com todos os utensílios e eletrodoméstico necessários parar a estadia, todos as suítes com ar em perfeito funcionamento, piscineiro gentil e educado deixando a piscina limpa todos os dias pela manhã, um quintal delicioso com contato com a natureza, sem contar que tem guarda sol e cadeiras disponíveis e em perfeito estado, a limpeza da casa é o ponto forte pq nunca fui em uma casa tão limpa e organizada, a Patrícia que colabora na limpeza foi muito gentil e prestativa comigo quando precisei , e a Sandra proprietária também muito prestativa, atenciosa, rápida nas respostas e nos deixou muito a vontade. A distância da praia de 5 minutinhos de carro não afetou em nada nossa estadia. Recomendo e espero voltar em breve

Dias maravilhosos na Riviera

Foram 8 dias de muito sol, tranquilidade e harmonia . A casa da Sandra é bem ampla e acomoda tranquilamente de 12 a 14 pessoas. São 5 suites , banheiros bem amplos. A localizacao é boa . Destaque para a mata que fica no fundo da casa . Sandra é bem atenciosa, responde rapidamente as mensagens . Agradeço tambem ao apoio do Gil e da Ana.

Excelente estadia!!

A casa é maravilhosa, cômodos bem distribuídos, muito bem equipada!!! Sem contar com a piscina delicioso!!! Bom para idosos, como foi meu caso pq tem 2 Suites no térreo!!
