Boa estadia
A casa é muito boa, mas seria bom alguns ajustes para maior conforto. Sentimos falta de armários ou gavetas nos quartos. Para quem pretende ficar muito tempo, acaba sendo um incômodo não ter onde guardar as roupas. Poderia ter um varal para secar roupas na área da churrasqueira. A escada na área externa da uma sensação de insegurança para quem se hospeda no quarto externo, e também fica distante o acesso ao banheiro.

otima casa
casa eh otima, proxima as duas praias, tem um comercio bem perto que da pra comprar tudo o que precisa, bate perfeitamente com as fotos e descrição do anuncio. Como melhoria sugiro uma chaminé para a churrasqueira, pois deixa o quarto de fora defumado, e tb o banheiro de fora. O Sandro foi super atencioso durante todo o periodo, atendendendo prontamente a todas as nossas duvidas.

Casa Espetacular
Eu e meu amigos sempre alugamos casas nesse período de Ano novo, para passarmos todos juntos. A Casa do Sandro, foi uma das melhores casas que já alugamos. A Casa é completa. Ar condicionado em todos os quartos, que são muito bons também. Sala e cozinha completa. Espaço de fora também, churrasqueira, piscina, garagem, um campo para jogar futebol, taco, vólei e etc. A Casa é espetacular e a recepção do Sandro foi impecável também. Nos ajudou com varias dicas de praias e passeios perto da Riviera. Passamos um belo final de ano nesta Casa. Muito obrigado Sandro. Com certeza, iremos voltar. Abraços, Marcelo Nemes

A localidade é ótima, perto de tudo, as praias limpas e prox à casa. São duas praias, uma deserta e outra mais movimentada. Adorei o lugar! O Sandro e a Danielle foram muito atenciosos , nos atendeu prontamente. A casa bem aconchegante.
