Peppergrove Cottage

Traditional style 2 bedroom cottage with expansive rural views. Fully air conditioned, fireplace, private gazebo for guest exclusive use, all linen provided. We are only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Berry. Come for a real rural and farm experience, enjoy the outside fire pit and bbq, help us feed the cattle and horses and even come for a ride in the horse drawn cart. The best of a very quiet weekend on the farm with close access to the shops and cafes of Berry. This is great for the kids or for that romantic time away, or even the girls weekend away.
If a midweek 1 night stay is all you can manage, please let us know and I am sure we can accommodate you.
During your stay at this cottage, you'll be within walking distance of Berry Courthouse. The cottage offers a kitchen and a fireplace.

Great situation and friendly host
We really enjoyed our brief stay at Peppergrove Cottage and wished we could have stayed longer. It is in a great situation on the edge of Berry, a short walk to the centre but with expansive views across open fields. The cottage is nicely laid out and furnished, and very well equipped, and the host Ken was very welcoming and helpful

Lovely cottage
We had a very relaxing stay for 4 days. Everything you need is included and the view is stunning. Great location too, only a few mins walk to the Berry shops. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Peppergrove Cottage. The kids enjoyed feeding and interacting with the cows & horses. We were lucky to watch a calf being born. Ken was a friendly host. His horse & cart ride around town was fun.

Magical Berry Farm Stay
We had a phenomenal time at Peppergrove Cottage. It was the most magical farm stay experience we have had. Ken was a fantastic host and had the fire going and house warm when we arrived. My daughter loved feeding the horses and cows. Ken took us on a horse and carriage ride into town which was a special experience. The cottage is gorgeous and so cosy. We will definitely be back there soon. 11/10!!

The perfect family getaway
This is our second stay on the farm with Ken and we will be booking again. We love everything about this holiday home. It’s perfect for two kids and two adults. Our kids loved feeding the horses and the cows and toasting marshmallows by the fire. We love the town and that you can do a lot or very little. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Anniversary getaway
Midweek escape for an anniversary celebration. The cottage is immaculate and so welcoming, complete with all you could need for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the views and spending time feeding the resident horses. The fireplace and the rainbows over the paddock added to the relaxation! Guy was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable with suggestions of things to do in the local area! A great place to getaway! Highly recommend a visit.

Farm Stay at Peppergrove
We had a lovely stay at Peppergrove! The cottage has been beautifully styled and the views over the paddocks are fantastic! Everything has been thought of, including a well appointed kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The outdoor sitting areas are wonderful. Highlight of our stay was definitely the horse and carriage ride into town with Ken and Carlton the Clydesdale, and meeting the cows. Ken was a great host. We will be back!

We loved our time at Peppergrove Farm. The house is well-appointed and comfortable and we lacked nothing. Ken was a friendly and generous host. Highlights included our ride into town in the horse-drawn cart, sitting out by the fire pit, feeding the horses and just enjoying the beautiful outlook. Highly recommended!
