-The beachfront is a rocky shore like most of Maine and is not a sandy beach
-The total Square Footage of this Tiny Home is 432sq ft not including the deck
-The dining table only has seating for 2 people
-The grass in the yard is very tall in certain areas, but there will always be a path cleared that leads to the ocean

This cottage offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
