This is the worst 4-star hotel I've experienced in a long time. I chose the place for review rating but feels cheated. The bed was uncomfortable, and the receptionist tried to charge us for city tax twice, both at check-in and check-out. The coffee machine was broken, and the hand soap dispenser was empty when we arrived. The hotel does offer luggage storage on check-out, but it was next to the reception desk in the open and felt very insecure, forcing me to carry all my valuables for the entire day. Overall, everything about this place felt chaotic.

We hit arrive the day of pride in the square. It was a bit noisy until midnight was you would expect but the windows are great. Very cental near city square and trains station with lots of places to eat near by.

The staff was welcoming and friendly. We had a family room and one room was quite a bit warmer than the other. The rooms are small and mattresses extremely soft. It is clean and quiet and fine for a short stay.

Location close to train and the sites in Bern, comfortable rooms and beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night, but would gladly stay again!

Excellent! The staff is super nice, they explain everything about the places you must see, restaurants, etc breakfast is delicious, just a few blocks walking from the train station! Super recommended!

The receptionist was the most friendly person I've ever met at a hotel. After check-in, without prompting, she gave us a city map and circled and wrote names of places to eat and visit. She was so friendly and helpful. The only time I spent in the hotel was to sleep. So i can't speak in depth about facilies and services.
